La sustentabilidad es parte integral del proceso de toma de decisiones en cada etapa del ciclo de vida del negocio de QUIMTEC LTDA., y reconoce que ninguna meta de producción justifica la exposición de sus trabajadores, de la comunidad y del medio ambiente a peligros no identificados, por lo tanto, actuará sistemática y continuamente sobre el compromiso con el desarrollo sustentable, materializándolo a través de una gestión integral basada en la prevención en seguridad y salud laboral, en la protección y conservación del medio ambiente, en la calidad de sus proceso, productos y servicios, y en la responsabilidad social con sus trabajadores, clientes y la comunidad aledaña, cumpliendo así con los principios del sistema de gestión Responsible Care ®.

D) Establecer altos estándares para el desarrollo de nuestra producción, manejo, distribución y dispocisión de nuestros productos, fomentando la incorporación de competencias laborales y nuevas tecnologías con la finalidad de dar plena satisfacción a nuestros clientes.
E) Comply with the legal and current regulations applicable to the activities carried out by the company, and with any commitment that it voluntarily subscribes to in matters of health, safety and environment.
F) Compromiso con la gerencia General para entregar los recursos necesarios para la implementación de esta política y para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de QUIMTEC LTDA.
